How much do returns cost?
Free for anyone in the Youngstown, Ohio area that can bring it back to the pickup location. Returns by mail will have a $7 return shipping fee. Please email, info@pillarsclothingco.com for assistance.
What is the return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. We can return it, and you can order the new item needed.
Returns are free when dropped off at Youngstown, Ohio pick-up location.
Prefer to ship your return? No problem - a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for returns made by mail. Please feel free to reach out to info@pillarsclothingco.com if you have any questions or concerns about returning your product, we are happy to assist!
Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and/or do not meet the criteria above.
Products marketed as final sale or are personalized cannot be returned.
Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for it to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information where you can track your order further.
Personalization: Can take up to 2 weeks to be shipped.
My package is lost, what should I do?

Use low heat or tumble dry low. High heat can shrink or warp the fabric.

Avoid Bleach – even on white sweatshirts, as it can damage fibers.

Wash with Similar Colors – to avoid color bleeding.

Do Not Iron Prints/Graphics – if ironing is needed, do so inside-out and avoid direct heat on designs.
